Dragons’ Den Camera Work

Is it just me,
or on the new series of BBC2’s Dragons’ Den, when the presenter is talking at the start and end (and sometimes during the interviews), the camera work is all shaky, and unclear, and sometimes unfocused?
Is this supposed to make the show look “edgy” in the style of CSI – [...]
